Prof. Dr. Konstantin Korotkov
Konstantin Korotkov, Ph.D., Professor of Computer Science, Biophysics and Psychology, has published over 300 papers on physics and biology, holds 15 patents, and 17 books translated to most European languages. He has presented lectures, seminars, and professional training in 56 countries, including more than 100 national and international conferences. Over the past 50 years, Dr. Korotkov has served as a professor at several Universities in St. Petersburg, Russia, a senior researcher at St. Petersburg Research institute of Physical Activity and Sport, President of the International Union of Medical and Applied Bioelectrography (IUMAB), and Director of Bio-Well Companies. Dr. Igor Jerman

Igor Jerman, born in Ljubljana, finished his biology studies at the Biology Department of the Biotechnical Faculty at Ljubljana University in 1980. In 1982, he earned his master’s degree in the same Department, and in the year 1984, he defended his doctoral dissertation dealing with the problems of emergentist and holistic biological theories. Afterward, he undertook a postdoctoral study at the Open University in England. There, in the years 1985/6 and 1989, he investigated biological structuralism and bioelectromagnetics under the mentorship of Prof. Brian Goodwin. In 1987, he became an assistant professor of theoretical biology at the Biotechnical Faculty in Ljubljana. In 1993, he was promoted to associate professor status in the same discipline, and in 1999, he became a full professor. Today, he lectures at various international scientific conferences and participates in postgraduate courses in the area of biofield (subtle field) and the new science of water, including the foundations of CAM. In addition to educational work, he is one of the founders of the BION Institute, where he has been working as its professional leader since its beginning in 1990 and the director (CEO) since 2015. In scientific research, he focuses on research concerning the detection of subtle fields (biofield) from organisms, long-range order in water, and the effective transfer of molecular information into various media. He has a widespread international scientific bibliography, is an invited speaker for conferences concerning bioelectromagnetics and new water science, and has a prominent status in various international associations and boards.

Maria Eugênia Garcia Porto, PhD – My motivation has always been related to healing processes and self-knowledge. When I was in the university my object of study was changes in water properties through various physical and chemical processes. My Master’s research took place about 25 years ago at UNICAMP (University of Campinas) in Brazil, with a multidisciplinary team that studied information transfer from a remedy or aqueous solution to deionized water. After the process, the structured water responded similarly to the remedy used as a template when applied to biological sensors.
